During some body sculpting procedures, mild to moderate swelling and/or bruising may occur. Please be aware that this is normal and will go away. Place ice onto any localized area of swelling to reduce inflammation, and help speed up the recovery process.
- No sugar, carbs, dairy, or alcohol for 24 hours following each session.
- Drink a gallon of water for 3 days post treatment.
- Exercise within 24 hours of treatment to accelerate calorie burning, and thermogenesis.
- Wear any compression garments you may have following your session. This includes: waist trainers, fajas, corsets, sweet sweat, and body shapers.
